Product return policy

1. Right to return

The customer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Timeframe for returning a product

The 14-day return period begins on the day you receive the product. The return must be made no later than 14 days from the date you notified Model Cars Gifts of your intention to return the item.

3. Return conditions

The product must be undamaged, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories, in a condition that allows for resale.
The product must be returned with the appropriate documentation, such as the invoice and proof of purchase.

4. Return process

The customer is required to notify Model Cars Gifts of their intention to return the product via email at the following address:

After receiving the notification, you will receive instructions on the further procedure and the address to which the goods should be returned.

5. Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except if the product is damaged or the wrong item was delivered.

6. Money back

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

7. Exceptions to the right of return

The right of return does not apply to products that are personalized or have been unpacked in a way that makes them unsuitable for return (e.g., damage to packaging that affects the resale of the product).

8. Claims

For complaints related to damaged or defective products, please contact us no later than 7 days after receiving the product.
