1. General Provisions

These Terms of Purchase define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and complaints for products available in our online store. Model Cars Gifts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page.

2. Orders

Products are ordered through the website by adding items to the cart and entering the necessary delivery information. Upon completing the order process, the customer will receive a confirmation email. The order becomes binding once confirmed by Model Cars Gifts.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are VAT-exempt (the webshop is not subject to VAT). Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately during the order process. Model Cars Gifts reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Acceptance of Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa cards from all other banks is enabled for one-time payments through Privredna bank Zagreb PBZ.

5. Shipping

We ship products via Croatian Post, Monday to Friday. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page.

For countries outside the European Union, delivery times may vary due to customs procedures.

For customers from the Zagreb County area, it is possible to personally collect the products at our warehouse in Zagreb.

6. Right of Return & Contract Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, in accordance with consumer protection laws. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return requests should be sent to: info@modelcarsgifts.eu

7. Complaints and Replacements

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will process complaints as quickly as possible and offer a replacement, refund, or another agreed-upon solution.

8. Data Protection

All personal data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable laws, and GDPR regulations. Your data is used solely for processing orders and internal records.

9. Limitation of Liability

Model Cars Gifts is not liable for any damage resulting from the improper use of products, delivery delays caused by external factors, or errors made by the customer during the order process.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All relations between the customer and Model Cars Gifts are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In case of any dispute, the competent court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
